This exciting Strategic Senior Buyer Role has come available within the Automotive industry. Providing the Automotive Industry with not only exhaust systems, but fuel systems and engine componentry for a wide range of vehicle manufacturers throughout theUKandEurope.
What they are looking for:
- Strategic Buyer experience
- Experience working with overseas suppliers
- Manufacturing, Automotive & Engineering background
- Strong analytical skills with good report writing
- Proven track record within cost reductions
- ERP systems experience
Experience/Skills Needed:
- 2-3 years within a Strategic Buying Role
- Can work on own initiative!!!
- Proven track record within vendor relations & restructure
- Proven cost reductions within different commodities
- Worked within Manufacturing, Automotive & Engineering
- Worked with different commodities such as stainless steel pressings, rubber hoses, plastics
