FPGA Hardware EngineerMy client are a leading automotive firm looking for an FPGA engineer to assist them on a new project coming up. They are seeking motivated and experienced engineers who can come in and hit the ground running. You will have to be familiar with team working but also have the initiative to work by yourself.
Key skills needed:
- Conversion of software models using FPGA
- Hardware acceleration skills within the hardware phase
- Coding, design and interfacing skills
- Strong experience with desing and implementation
- VHDL skills
- PCB layout
- Altium schematics
This is an opportunity for an engineer to come in on an initial 6 month period but my client has been known for extending contract lengths. Therefore if you go in and perform to a high standard then there is ample opportunity for a lengthy contract.
