Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and managers to establish business strategy and direction
  • Ensure technology partners are compliant with the agreed Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
  • Negotiate any vendor escalations to ensure effective integration with other technology and business stakeholders and
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure cost effective and efficient delivery of services and products

Key Requirements:

  • Must have IT Contract negotiation experience in a large organisation
  • 5+ years experience in Technology with proven track record in project management and proven ability to build strong relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders at senior level.
  • Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to meeting requirements of business
  • Broad understanding of outsourcing vendor management concepts and implementation techniques, including contract development, negotiation and vendor performance monitoring
    Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal & external stakeholders from GM level to development staff
  • Must have experience in application delivery and support is desirable
  • Demonstrated track record in managing complex issues through to satisfactory resolution
  • Ability to drive outcomes in a Matrix organisation
