WINDOWS BUILD ENGINEER (FREELANCER)
Role profile:
The role will form part of a team providing operational management and support for the current corporate Windows Desktop Platform. Working closely with the Windows Engineering team and the wider Desktop Product Management team.
Wanted skills:
*SME knowledge of developing Windows Deployments utilising BDD, MDT, imaging and SCCM
*SME knowledge of Scripting including Visual Basic and Powershell
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs and CA (Windows Server )
*Knowledge of application packaging and installation
*Strong working knowledge of supporting TCP/IP Networks
*Enterprise wireless and VPN networking
*Best practice of O/S security, Firewalls, disk encryption and anti-virus solutions
*Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client and management infrastructure
