Description
Ideal candidate is:
- Someone who gets the importance of project planning as the bedrock of being a Programme Planner
- Strong ability to communicate and educate senior managers in project planning
- Very strong with MS Project and Powerpoint Strong understanding of project methodologies
- Has an ability to pick up the client's methodologies very quickly
- Roleholder will need to be able to:
* Identify gaps in PM capability across a large portfolio
* Design interventions
* Facilitate changes to PM capability
* Ensure changes are driven through
* Change mindsets/culture of senior PMs and a large group of PMs to understand the importance of planning
* Self starter, self motivated, a natural planner, real enthusiasm for planning and its importance
