Senior Commercial Finance Modelling Analyst, Finance Modelling Manager required by a public sector,government organisation based in Leeds, Yorkshire

Candidates must offer excellent finance modelling skills
To be involved in the delivery and management of major contracts in a leading edge IT environment. You will be an experienced commercial finance specialist with experience of working on major IT contract procurements.
Experience required:
Experience of public and private sector Financial Approval mechanisms
Project Accounting knowledge and operational experience
Skilled in negotiating complex and high value contracts within and IT contract environment
Experience of public sector procurement practice
Skilled in creating and operating complex financial modelling and forecasting tools within an IT procurement environment
Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis experience on high value complex contracts in an IT services environment
Proven ability to deconstruct a complex excel spreadsheet model of a long term contract to improve cost, overhead, margin and risk
Reporting to Commercial Director and Head of Finance you will provide support to a large scale IT procurement ensuring appropriate financial consideration during the evaluation of both supplier and solution. Contributing to the generation of pricing models and commercial terms
