This position will require producing creative ideas across multiple digital avenues while also supporting the creative and development team through the technical implementation. It is essential that you are a highly motivated self-starter and able to transition between multiple design tasks without a loss of focus. We are looking for a talented designer(s) who enjoy collaborating, creating and contributing to translate key findings into a successful user experience and design.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Developers to ensure creative matches technology considerations

Deliver beautiful creative that is engaging, goal oriented, and drives leads

Adhere to usability and user interface standards

Create solutions for the benefit of the client

Present forward thinking designs that provide solutions

Provide quality assurance and standards so creative vision is carried through
Qualifications:

Excellent visual design skills, focusing on details and quality

Excellent understanding of User Experience and Usability Behaviors

Excellent grasp of design fundamentals (fonts, typography, color, layout, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS Suite
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); team player
