risks/mitigation plans and manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation. Manage financials, sub project dependencies and programme dependencies. Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and critical
phase exit deliverables to steering forums. Lead and document core team meetings and required single subject working sessions. Lead the team to deliver the projects/product to market on time, at the desired quality level and the according/defined project
timelines. Analyze, track performance and progress against goals. Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program and the individual projects in close collaboration with the project managers. Federate teams in Paris and Brussels on a common
goal
