BayForce is continuing to add to our managed services team, and we are in the search for Basis Administrators. These are permanent, full-time salaried positions. There will be an opportunity for project work as well as monitoring and maintenance of our clients’ SAP systems. These are work from home opportunities and NO travel is required!

We are BASIS professionals with a variety of experience levels who truly enjoy helping Clients support SAP. Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring, problem resolution and maintenance of BayForce’s clients’ SAP systems
  • Project support work
  • Reviewing and quickly resolving open trouble tickets
  • Communicating with the team and leadership on all issues in real-time


  • Required Skills
  • 4+ years of Basis/NetWeaver administration with experience in both ABAP and JAVA stacks
  • Experience with Solution Manager 7.1 preferred
  • Experience with Basis administration in MSSQL / Microsoft Server environments preferred
  • Able to work scheduled off-hours and on-call as needed
  • Customer service focused
  • Self-directed and results oriented
  • Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills
