IT Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Team Leader, Helpdesk Manager, Helpdesk Team Lead.

Our leading end user client based in Surrey have an immediate requirement for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join them on an initial 3mth contract based in Surrey. You will take responsibility for leading and managing the IT Service Desk working closely with the Infrastructure Team, Information Systems Team and Regional IT managers in delivering IT services.

Key skills:

*Professional IT qualifications beneficial, i.e. ITIL, MCTS

*Experience managing teams and IT environments

*Knowledge of Networking and Microsoft technologies

*Minimum 3 years' Service Desk experience

*Flexible and proactive attitude

*Ability to communicate at all levels

*Excellent customer service skills

*ITIL process knowledge

*Experience working with large suppliers and negotiating contracts

*Capable of multitasking and handling load under pressure

*Experience of hardware and software asset management
