My client Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) is currently looking to recruit a highly accomplished PA who comes from an Investment Banking/Trade floor background for a 3 month contract initially, St Pauls London based.

You will have the opportunity to work for a market leader and one of the UK's most recognised and established brands within the Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML)

Role:
PA required to join a Global Banking and Markets to work on the trading floor, supporting 2 Managing Directors and their teams.

Essential Skills:
* PA experience gained within an Investment Bank/Trading floor background
* Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Accurate typing skills
* Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
* Capable to multitask and prioritise
* Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
* Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
* Calm and professional attitude at all times
* Accuracy and numeracy
* Excellent communication skills at all levels

Responsibilities
* Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings and conference calls
* Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
* Assist bankers with the preparation of presentations
* Handling expenses using Concur system
* Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Navigator
* Completing i-Track on a weekly basis
* Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
* Ensure relevant DRE is captured
* Develop knowledge of banker's clients, transactions and specific individuals
* Establish professional and effective communication at all levels
