CUSTOMER CHANGE ANALYST - DIGITAL BANKING - LONDON

Customer Side of Change Analyst required by a leading retail bank in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting the source of all necessary data expected of a business focused change analyst. Process mapping, target operating models, 'As Is", "To Be" Interviews and workshops.

This role involves customer change analysis. I would be very interested in hearing from applicants who have experience with developing the customer proposition, identifying impacts to the customer experience and developing treatment and launch plans to take the proposition to market.

Applicants from a TCF background would be given priority.

Rate: £400 per day
Location: London
Duration: 6 months
Start: Mid September 2013
