*To supervise a busy mailroom, scanning and archiving team
*Managing KPI results
*Monitoring department finances and accounts
*Staff training & development
*Handling customer requests.
*Managing external suppliers & services
*Management of client's stationary orders
*Conduct regular team & client meetings
*Managing weekly/monthly reports
*Managing clients expectations
Person Specification:
*3 years previous management/supervisory experience essential
*PC literate & great understanding of MS Word and Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Excellent people management skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Excellent customer service & client facing skills
*Excellent communication skills
