Description

The role requires competence in planning and organising to meet digital objectives and some involvement in project work may be required. The role generates insights and intelligence in country for manager and the DMM & product teams to help shape above & in country PCBU strategies

Product Promotion & Sales
  • Promote products to designated target customers, who in the first instance will be HCP's; in order to achieve specific customer and sales related objectives (see measures)


Customer Relations
  • Build rapport with customers to create follow-up interactions, gain product endorsement to generate sales, and increase loyalty to Client.
  • Strong customer rapport.
  • Customer satisfaction data/ feedback on the virtual customer interactions
  • Achievement of target % of follow-up requests from customers (F:F representative call/ med info, etc)
  • Up to date and comprehensive completion of customer records to be used by other Customer Facing colleagues
  • Support the development of key opinion leaders in digital.
  • Understanding local NHS environment including country UK structures.
  • High level of customer service e.g. timely response to general requests from customers.
  • Access with some 'hard to see' customers with business outcome

Skills, Knowledge; QUALIFICATIONS & Experience
  • A' Level or 'Higher' in science subjects and ideally a Life Science Degree.
  • Promoted product knowledge.
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Company information systems.
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Effective selling skills - to standard required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced Computer ability - e.g. Email /WORD/ Excel e.g. ability to operate digital multimedia & teleconference facility in multitasking mode
  • Effective working knowledge of all primary care structures and customer types.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and non verbal)
