Complete Description
Key Capabilities/Knowledge:
- Technical knowledge of the environment ( MQ on zMainframe ) and associated technologies and the related standards and policies used to govern these technologies. Knowledge of MQ on AIX, Linux and Windows platforms would also be desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain the technical infrastructure and/or business application services
- Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments
- Strong quality and service focus
- Experience in delivering complex projects and/or incident recoveries
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
