Finance Assistant/Administrator
Dublin
A global, blue chip company is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant/Administrator to be based in Dublin on a contractual basis.
As a Finance Assistant/Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing of purchase orders and matching to invoices
- Good receipting of invoices to accounting team
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Using SAP to process and compile weekly budget and timesheet analysis
- Ensure all budgets and accounts are reconciled
- Assist in maintaining timely accounts reporting
- Ad hoc duties as and when required, including cover for other members of finance
Applicants to the role of Finance Assistant/Administrator will ideally have the following demonstrable skills:
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of plotting planned Cost v Actual Costs in charts in MS Excel
- Knowledge of taking exports from SAP and post processing/cleaning up in SAP
- Strong communication skills
