We are currently looking for a Mainframe IT Team Lead for our client located in Gent, Belgium.

- Duration: December 2015 + extensions

Your role:
- You will determine the lines and tasks of the Mainframe team (10-15).
- You will be the main contact with customers.
- You are able to solve problems quickly and reduce failrate.
- You are also able to bring solutions.
Required skills:
- Extensive Mainframe experience
- At least 5 years experience as a team lead
- Fluent trilingual English - Dutch - French
- Work under pressure in a high pace environment (stress resistant)
- Autonomous
