Project manager/Dutch/Service management/tooling/banking
We are currently looking for a senior project manager to manage a global IT Service Management tool replacement project. You will manage impact analyses, delivery and business implementation of an IT Service management solution.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible within the scope of the project for all local, regional and global aspects of project activities. The project requires cross department/cross border alignment with the different business lines.
-Responsible for defining and managing project scope, organisation, budget, planning, forecasting, staffing, quality, documentation, communication and risk management. These concerns all project phases/activities from start to operational handover which includes requirements, design, build, test, implement, roll out, aftercare, evaluation document and training.
-Be the primary liaison between all stakeholders
-Apply a strong knowledge base and expertise of service management tooling
-Co-ordinate project resources throughout all project phases in agreement with line management, define require quality and expertise
-Report project progress, financials, issues and decisions to be taken to Project Board/project sponsor/line management according to reporting standards set by the Programme Management Office
Knowledge and required experience required:
Significant experience as a project manager in IT service management required;
Significant experience in successfully applying the Prince2 method (certificate is preferable);
Working knowledge of English and Dutch (verbal and written)
