Description
Responsibilities- Assists in the development and maintenance of phone and network communications.
- Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN and telephony systems to help design and install internal and external telephony networks and related Servers.
- Tests and evaluates telephony network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
Call Center Support experience needed. Must have skills in MS Server, Agent Monitoring application; knowledge of Call Centers a plus. May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
