Description
Responsibilities- Claims processing, maintenance and review of department documents and records, general department activities and special projects.
- Handles the oversight of (principally) workers compensation claims, and additionally assists with property, casualty, auto and other claim types.
Two to five (2-5) years of WC Claims experience with emphasis on workers compensation management is desirable. Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks with varying deadlines required. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in commonly used claims information database systems a plus.
