My client, a well know managed service company, are seeking an experienced Change Analyst on a permanent basis. You must have security clearance to be considered for this opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out checks on all items for release (including hardware and software).
- Review of all release requests to identify large scale releases.
- Working with stakeholders to manage large scale releases as projects, when requested.
- Provide advice to change implementers for developing and finalising user communications.
- Perform checks of operational and acceptance testing data provided, to ensure functionality, integration and co-existence has occurred and has passed testing successfully.
- Timely provision of deployment reporting as required.
- Providing assistance to the enhancement manager with creating/developing enhancements to Support and Delivery processes.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices associated with ITIL best practice for Release and Deployment Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage own time effectively, takes ownership and responsibility for the tasks allocated to them.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
