Our client is a large financial services organisation based in Yorkshire

A Training Manager is required to join an expanding department to assist in the overall training and development of the current and future employees. This role will also be required to make an impact on the resourcing process for new hires.

You will be required to adapt the training processes in order to meet the requirements of the different programmes of work - this includes developing competency frameworks, creating training material and embedding codes of conduct.

There is a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement in order to understand the needs of the programme and to deliver a training framework that ensures a high productivity and quality output.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Training Manager with extensive experience of creating and implanting training frameworks.

The post holder will also be expected to undertake presentations to diverse audiences so exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills as well as the ability to liaise with different business areas effectively.

Please note that there is a strong possibility that this post may become permanent.
