An exciting opportunity exists within one of our clients, a global Pharmaceutical business, for an interim Shared Services Director to lead in the development and implementation of a global shared services operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the strategy to define the end state Shared Services model; manage the programme plan from start to completion; provide quality assurance and reporting throughout; and have a clear knowledge of target locations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Shared Services leader who has worked on building and transitioning Shared Service Operations to offshore locations; a track record of successfully managing multi-national transformation programmes; excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strong knowledge of target locations.
