Our client is known as one of Australia's leading financial based insititutions and is currently experiencing tremendous growth within their Credit Analyst teams based in Parramatta! The role is an initial 6 month contract opportunity and has the potential to extend much further after the initial period.
In this role, you will be part of a larger team that ultimately processes, verifies and makes decisions for Residential Credit applications submitted to the bank as well as liaising with Branches, Brokers, Lenders, and Mobile bankers in regards to loan applications. In this role you will also see yourself working 38 hours per week on average and may require to work on Saturdays from time-to-time.
To be able to successfully obtain this position, you will require the following;
- Analysis, decision and verification experience in regards to secured loans, with a particular focus on home loans/mortgages
- Great stakeholder relationship skills
- Understanding of Credit Risk Management and Authorities Frameworks including Credit Management policies and practices
- Ideally, previous experience within a Credit Analyst/Lending role working for a large banking insitution/home loan provider.
