Negotiator - Acquisition:
We have an exciting opening with a leading Global IT Consulting Organization for a "Negotiator Acquisition". It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.
Position Title: Negotiator - Acquisition
Location of work: Brussels, Belgium
Position Type: 3 months Rolling
Experience for the role of Negotiator - Acquisition
Should have good experience in property lease negotiation and settlement
Skill Set for the role of Negotiator - Acquisition:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good knowledge on lease ranges in Belgium
- Knowledge on legislature compliance for Lease agreements
- Experience in negotiation of Telecom sites
- Knowledge on requirements for Telecom sites
Roles and Responsibilities for the role for Negotiator - Acquisition:
- Need to attend site survey along with survey team
- Collection of all building related information
- Attend the Technical review meeting with customer
- Complete, submit, and track to completion the lease application to structure owner, as required.
- Represent customer interests in drafting current and correct terms & conditions.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute all necessary Agreements with terms favorable to customer, as applicable.
- Pass through all Landlord fees as part of the leasing process.
- Obtain from the Landlord and upload relevant existing site documents to clients database system.
- Obtain all necessary documentation and ensure all lease areas have appropriate certifications, according to customer specifications.
- Prepare required customer processing forms, as applicable.
- Upload Landlord signed drawings, as required.
- Upload final Lease Agreement.
Qualification: Graduation
