Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyze tickets and traces and provide solutions
- Merge and propagate change sets across branches
- Create and extend documentation for development, issue analysis or customers
- Support and participate in technical customer presentations or road shows
- Support for internal and external customers via phone, mail or onsite
- Provide feedback to Development and System Engineering
- Develop and integrate new feature into the FW
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sound knowledge in embedded programming in C++ and object oriented programming patterns
- Good understanding of 3GPP/LTE Layer 1 procedures and scenarios
- Basic Experience with Clear Case
- Structured and solution oriented working mode
- Very good communication (English)
