Working as a ITO/BPO service solution architecture designer in leading IT service company (like HP/IBM), focus on outsourcing service not integration service, with project experience for telecom operators.
Can be a ITO/BPO service solution design leader of our team
ITO/BPO Solution Customization for telecom operators
Liaison with relevant Business Unit and Head Office for ITO/BPO solution development
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Market Analysis and Planning of ITO/BPO Solutions Customer requirements management Liaison with relevant Business Unit and Head Office for ITO/BPO solution development Proactively supporting global service promotion activities: ITO/BPO Solution Customization Proposal generation, Business Case generation, Quotation generation etc. Presentation generation and presentation. Supporting local organizations and Accounts for Service Solutions/bidding to reach sales target: Subject matter expert in, ITO/BPO Processes (App outsourcing, Infrastructure outsourcing, Customer Relationship Management etc.), Transition, Supporting negotiations from solution point of view Educational Requirements:
BS or above - Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field preferred The degrees should be from a fully regionally accredited University Basic qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to execute quantitative analyses - such as IT business case analysis and IT benchmarking-performance measurement Previous Telecommunication, Information or related Industrials preferred Understanding of global ITO/BPO services marketplace Above 15 years' work experience ?ie IT services firm, or a leading consulting firm). Ability to support projects within telecom ITO/BPO consulting areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Billing/Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, ERP strategy and planning, or IT Transformation Ability to travel up to 100% Additional qualifications:
Experience executing consulting projects and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to structure and solve problems using a hypothesis based approach Excellent oral and written communication skills A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self-confidence Practical experience in two or more of the following: IT Strategy or strategic planning ITO/BPO project support and business case analysis ITO/BPO benchmarking and Best Practice Analysis In-depth understanding of telecom IT systems and O&M processes (ITIL, eTOM etc.) Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
