Description
ITO/BPO (IT Outsourcing/Business Process Outsourcing) manager
- Demonstrated ability to execute quantitative analyses - such as IT business case analysis and IT benchmarking-performance measurement
- Previous Telecommunication, Information or related Industrials preferred
- Understanding of global ITO/BPO services marketplace
- Above 15 years' work experience ?ie IT services firm, or a leading consulting firm).
- Ability to support projects within telecom ITO/BPO consulting areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Billing/Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, ERP strategy and planning, or IT Transformation
- Ability to travel up to 100%
