Description
Leading Brisbane organisation is looking for an ICT Procurement Specialist for a 6 month contract.
Managing a number of procurement processes concurrently, you will have end to end responsibility for procuring a board range of ICT goods and services including:
- Hardware and Hardware support and maintenance
- Software licenses, support and maintenance
- Managed Services, system integration services
- Contracting and Consultancy services to support the Project
- Telecommunication and network services.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant will be someone who has:
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the procurement life cycle of tactical ICT Procurement and the ability to provide advice to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to apply the objectives of the Queensland State Procurement Policy and GITC framework with sound knowledge of Contract law.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multiple tender processes through to contract award efficiently and in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and processes.
Highly Desirable
While it is not mandatory, it is highly desirable for the successful candidate to have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in an ICT contract management, GITCv5 or other similar jurisdictional ICT contract management frameworks.
