Strong Analytical skills
Very strong C++ and C skills
Knowledge of Multi-media concepts:
Multimedia player concepts - playback, seek, pause etc.
Device detection
List indexing and list handling
Creating media graphs
Album-art management
Familiarity with third-party media management frameworks such as GraceNotes.
Know-how of CD/DVD SW management mechanism.
