SAP CLM Consultant - English Speaking - Luxembourg (END CLIENT)
My end client in Luxembourg is looking for an SAP CLM Consultant.
ROLE: SAP CLM Competence Centre Support
LOCATION: Luxembourg
REPORTS TO: IT Purchasing Head
OBJECTIVE:
Integra CLM is the frontline application used for creating contract and deploying contract, for Global Purchasing & regional purchasing platform for the client. This tool is on demand provided by SAP integrated with master data tool and other purchasing systems. We have more than 400 internal users. As such; all projects attached to the tool and associated business processes are performed in a high performance environment, under direct visibility of top management. The primary focus of this role is to maintain the current CLM platform & lead various Initiatives. It also focuses to formalise the business needs and translating these needs to SRM functionality and architecture design. In maintenance phase, the role needs to ensure that SLA & good practices regarding service desk are maintained. During a project life cycle, the role will lead the activities of the functional work stream and conduct design workshops and architecture design. This role brings strong business and IT knowledge to the project and will make recommendation about functional requirements to support business process owner. He will act as IT-Business specialist. In specific circumstances, the candidate would be expected to lead studies or IT projects under the overall supervision of IT program manager. Input: Issues logs, Business Requirement
Deliverables:
Maintain the CLM system according to SLA. Functional specification and Technical Architecture at the level of detail required. Support end users, fix bugs and provide training.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Analyse business and user needs, documents requirements & translates into system requirements, prototypes solutions.
2. Fix bugs and incidents.
3. Being proactive in the identification of business needs, process improvements, and best practices and providing solution to business.
4. Analysis and managing Impacts by evolving or improving CLM Software Architecture with SAP.
5. This includes ensuring integration with the other functionalities in CLM while understanding the links between various systems on the landscape.
6. Specify reporting needs and translate them into technical solution/architecture.
7. Review CLM Architecture & database design and recommend for improvement.
8. Responsible for availability of CLM tool, by continuously monitoring projects and maintenance KPIs and following up on action plans where necessary.
9. Ad-hoc reporting on the tool and related projects to management
EXPERIENCE:
Solid multi-year experience with architecture design with solution for procurement (preferably CLM), and other purchasing SAP Systems(SRM 7.02, ECC6.0,& MM).
Hands-on implementation experience of supplier relation management or material management acting as IT-Business architect.
Knowledge of/Experience with other relevant business processes.
Experience of having worked in multi-functional, multi-cultural and worldwide distributed teams

12 Month Contract.
