(What project will the NPW be working on?) Remote Work - but candidates must be local. Potential for OT - but must be pre-approved This position requires about 70% travel to and from Cell Sites. Candidate will be driving own Vehicle (a truck or 4X4 is highly recommended for this position as there may be some off road areas) Candidate will perform duties as an AT&T Construction Manager in task of managing UMTS, LTE, and MODs projects for the market. Duties will include vendor problem resolution, performing inspections, reviewing and approving project scopes, and other related tasks associated with management of Cell Site construction.

Project Manager-Technical Overall Purpose
Responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program
Role and responsibilities
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management
- Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects. Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
- Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Communicates with internal clients and external vendors Education
- Preferred Bachelor of Business/Information Systems/Engineering/Math/Science degree or equivalent experience
- Computer science foundation
- 3-5 Years of experience managing IT/Network technical projects
- Proven track record of shipping secure, high quality software through all phases of the SDLC product development life cycle
- MS Project experience
- PMP Certification desired Manager Specific: Contractor will be responsible for Construction Manager duties for the DSW Market with primary focus in the AZ state. This person will play a critical role in quaility inspections, ensuring ATT representation is present at sites under construciton by GCs, field/scoping events, cutover coordination, material distribution, and related functions supporting the LTE/UMTS/MODs programs in meeting POE objectives.
