Description
SAP Master Data Analyst needed for an exciting role in Poland and London:
- SAP Master Data
- Conduct data analysis, exploiting existing processes and data flows for the Customer, Material, Finance, Vendor master data
- Co-ordinate, support, validate master data activities with EMEA & R3 Data Manager
- Support, analyse and help in resolution of data related Incidents
- As necessary work on data governance and Release 2 (R2) data cleansing activities as well as data preparation for R1 load activities for R2 go live.
- Deliver weekly update reports for European MDM Manager
- Collect data to identify root cause of problems; propose and enable functional and technical solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate scope and impact of current and future models.
- Engage with end users to perform continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions.
- Work with other team members in mass load testing activities to include writing end-to-end scenarios, data coordination and preparation, test execution, defect follow-up and resolution.
- Support current Excel based load files for BAU activities.
- Take leading role in data governance and management tool selection and possible implementation
- SAP data manipulation and analysis. SAP MDM
Skills needed:
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group/Previous experience within a global workforce, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Experience in up-skilling colleagues in a basic and or in depth knowledge of master data
- Experienced SAP Data Analyst with expertise in hierarchies and one or more Functional Areas/Main Tables of SAP (Customer Master, Material Master, Vendor Master and Finance objects)
- Experience with SAP Data Browser, SAP Query and Quick Viewer.
- SAP functional expertise and focus on data quality
- Knowledge of at least two from four functional areas SAP FI CO MM SD. Good knowledge of FICO is a distinct advantage.
- Technically minded. Need someone to join who can take information from the forms and check in SAP and against the Business Rules and see what is/isn't matching
- Experience with SAP SE16 to extract data
- Excel Pivot tables
- Access Report Writing
