Essential Skills:
* Strong MI production process skills and knowledge essential
* Advanced Excel
* Data Manipulation
* Microsoft Office Applications knowledge to advanced level in some cases essential
* Financial Services product and market knowledge would be beneficial
* Good communication skills essential
* Finance Qualified
* Insurance industry knowledge would be useful
* Business Objects knowledge would also be useful
Accountabilities:
*To create Campaign Management Information reports from multiple raw datasets and multiple sources, by interpreting the data, match/merging it back to marketing activity and structuring it to deliver required results demonstrating statistically significant findings.
*Through good communication skills, work with campaign managers to agree MI that needs to be collated to maximise benefit of reporting.
*Using good communication and analytical skills, work across the business to gather accurate raw data to populate the reports
*Produce concise summaries of the reports, detailing trends in the campaign data as well as progress against targets.
*To develop the ability to interpret the clients data into Campaign MI
*To quality assure all reports and ensure information is accurate independent of management
*To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
