The profile of the ideal candidate is as follows:
1. 10 years STB development experience from project initiation until mass production and product launch.
2. To have experience in the management of:
- Customer and subcontractor Interfaces
- Geographically Dispersed Teams.
- Hardware development and qualification
- Software development and qualification
- Certification
- Enclosure development
- Tooling development
- Joint Design Manufacturing partner in the East.
- New product introduction
- Production Ramp Up.
- Preferably to have experience with product development using ST and Broadcom silicon.
- BSc. Electronics degree or equivalent
