My client is a highly dynamic and globally successful Investment Bank.
They currently have an opportunity for enthusiastic graduates to join their team in Glasgow in a temporary role.
The role will involve:
You will be primarily responsible for the booking & prematching of client trades across all markets.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external client relationships.
You will investigate and resolve issues to ensure timely settlement of client trades
From time to time you may also be asked to participate in projects and change initiatives, where you will represent the Client Processing Group, ensuring our requirements are discussed and prioritised
Skills:
Experience working to tight deadlines
Proactive & Flexible team player
Strong communication skills to deal with Clients/Counterparties/Client Reps and peer group.
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external clients
Understanding of risk management and escalation
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for own actions
Previous external client relationship experience
