Facilities Administrator/Team Administrator, Maidenhead
Currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity working for one of the leading employers in Maidenhead.
As Facilities Administrator/Team Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with all administrative support in the facilities and property team.
Joining as Facilities Administrator/Team Administrator, you will be available to start on Monday 16th September and happy to commit to a 4 month contract.
DEPARTMENT
You will join the Facilities and Property team who are responsible for all soft and hard facility services within the business. This includes the offices, stores and data centres from cleaning and restaurant services through to IT services. They outsource all of these facilities.
THE ROLE
Working in a team of 4 you will be responsible for all of the administration within the team. You will liaise with the suppliers (the outsourced services) and manage accordingly. They have an outsource base of approximately 100 across 3 offices and 8 data centres.
DUTIES
-Raise Purchase Orders
-Approve invoices
-Check all invoices/POs have sign off
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations
-Manage multiple diaries
-Attend any meetings and take minutes and provide actions when necessary
-Business as usual duties
SKILLS
-PowerPoint - You must be able to use PowerPoint to at least an intermediate level as you will use this on a
daily basis.
-Excel knowledge is useful as you will use Excel but not to an advanced level. Basic to intermediate will be
fine for this role.
-Oracle - uses version 11.59 - All purchase orders and invoices are done on Oracle
-Strong administrative skills including diary management
PERSON
-We are looking for someone who has worked in a busy and fast paced environment, used to dealing with
suppliers and raising invoices.
-You will be happy to work on small projects when they come up such as an office move that will require
lots of coordination, strong communication skills and diary management
-A problem solver - we need a quick thinking and calm individual who is happy to look at solutions to a
problem.
-Good influencing skills
-An excellent communicator
