SAP Training Coordinator
The Training & Logistics Lead will be responsible for liaising with the business to ensure that the logistics are in place to train end-users. The bulk of the work will involve developing a Training Schedule and then inviting users to training events.
Key accountabilities are as follows:
Training Schedule - responsible for developing a template Training Schedule in Microsoft Excel. Liaising with the Training Lead and Functional Training Leads to populate the schedule with training events. Circulate the schedule with stakeholders until it has been signed off.
Training Nominations - Create a Training nominations spreadsheet to map end-users to training events, and liaise with the business to populate this ensuring that users are trained in the correct courses.
Training invitations - send invitations to end-users in good time, monitor acceptances and re-book users who decline onto a different session.
Attendance tracking - track attendance of users on courses, and swiftly reporting shows to line managers.
Scheduling - responsible for ensuring that the appropriate end users are trained in the correct courses, and attendance is tracked and recorded.
Training Evaluations - responsible for downloading evaluations from SurveyMonkey on a weekly basis, and compiling the results into a report. Responsible for setting up new courses on SurveyMonkey.
Training Environment - act as a point of contact for the trainers on any immediate issues with the training environment, and liaise with the Basis team for escalation. Ensure that refreshes of the training environment have occurred.
Training Logistics - engages with the business to identify what classroom logistics are required, and ensure that these are in place for end user training and that these are sufficient for the training delivery phase. This will include booking classrooms, and testing that equipment works.
Required Skills/Experience:
PC literate with detailed knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
Preferably candidates who have had exposure t SAP Training Projects
Previous training logistics management experience at least 2 years
Organisational skills, ability to prioritise
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Accuracy and attention to detail
Focus on timely delivery of results
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a wide range of stakeholders via email, telephone and in person
