Description
This role enables you to engage with customers and take ownership of a wide range of issues and resolve these issues to the customers satisfaction.The succesful candidate shall liaise with Relationship Managers to ensure that financial information is recieved from customers in a timely manner.
Other responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to grow income for the Bank.
- Support on-boarding activities for new and existing customers accross Commercial Banking, taking responsibility for the implementation of specific deliverables and ensuring these are achieved within the required time.
- Ensure that all Customer Marketing and IT databases are klept up to date and reflect the current position of the Bank - Customer relationship.
- Monitor unauthorised excesses, liasing with line management with regards top actions and annotate all appropriate records accordingly.
