IT Support Engineer (Customer Systems Support) - Onze klant gevestigd in Nederland zijn op zoek naar wat extra capaciteit toe te voegen aan hun customer support engineering team. Kandidaten zullen minstens 4 tot 5 jaar hebben commerciële ondersteuning ervaring in een client gelegen, hebben ervaring met het installeren, onderhoud en service van computer gerelateerde producten, waaronder desktops, laptops en printers, software en netwerkapparatuur. Het ontvangen van routine service calls, bieden break fix, probleemoplossing en hardware vervangingen, installeert, moves, advertenties en veranderingen. Ideaal vaardigheden zal bestaan uit een aantal van de volgende, Windows XP, Windows 7, OEM Certificaten uit (Dell, Compaq en HP, enz.) en de MS Office Suite. Alle kandidaten moeten vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels talen.

IT Support Engineer (Customer Systems Support) - Our client based in the Netherlands are looking to add some additional capacity to their customer support engineering team. Candidates will have at least 4 to 5 years commercial support experience in a client facing position, have experience of installing, maintaining and servicing computer related products, including desktops, laptops and printers, software and network devices. Receiveing routine service calls, provide break fix, troubleshooting and hardware replacements, installs, moves, adds and changes. Ideal skill sets will consist of some of the following; Windows XP, Windows 7, OEM Certifications out of (Dell, Compaq, HP etc) and the MS Office Suite. All candidates must be fluent in both Dutch and English Languages.
