Description
For my client in Belgium, I am looking for an experienced SAP CRM Analyst who speaks fluent English, French and/or Dutch. This is a 5 months contract with good option to extend.The SAP CRM Analyst needs to assist the business representative in translating the processes into standard SAP CRM (Utilities contract management & Services), perform configuration in SAP CRM7, write technical specifications for development, testing of developments and incident analysis.
The SAP CRM Analyst needs to have the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of utility market processes
- Knowledge of ABAP (read and debug -no development)
- Knowledge of standard SAP functionalities (queries, authorizations, archiving, batch processing…)
- knowledge of SOA and XML is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U is an asset
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team working skills
