Description
Support AnalystOur client in PlanoTX is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their team as a Support Analyst. They need someone with experience in weblogic and/or databases such as autosys, sql informatica, oracle etc. Salary is 80-105k. No relocation assistance is available. The candidate will be:
- Participating in the BCM test activities
- Collate and analyse data for Capacity Planning
- Undertake Incident and Problem management as part of the regular work
- Help the team leads in producing management reports
- Provide immediate workaround for all outstanding issues
- Escalate appropriate calls where necessary to the relevant teams.
- Updating the support system
