Job description:
- Define the current process and governance gap (not only form process point of view but also from embedding point of view) around the different test environments (T and A in DTAP).
- Amongst others:
- ensure the embedding of a SLA for T & A in the organization (operations and baseline) : service support, Monitoring, IM, PM
- required configuration management process
- Embedded change management for T & A
- structured and controlled deployment process to allow for stability in't & A
- Identify plan with key actions and outputs to close this gap, an approach to deliver these outputs needed and the efforts/costs/profiles/involvements to deliver this.
- Drive the project track to deliver these actions and outputs to success.
