Job Description
Role Description:Technical person that will be hands on implementing a data warehouse for reporting & analysis using SQL Server tools based on (functional) specifications from BA or personally involved in setting up specifications
Model will be based on large amounts of data that need to be used daily.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) 2008R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008R2
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2008R2
- Functional Skill(if required) Extensive knowledge of Data modelling in general Knowledge of Data modelling with large amounts of data
- Ability to write technical specifications for data model & Reporting(* Ability to write functional specifications for data model & Reporting)
- Ability to advice on design choices.
