Description
A global pharmaceutical organisation based in Italy currently requires an IT Regulatory Affairs Project Manager to join their team. You will be required to manage IT projects in Regulatory Affairs environment to provide business solutions, as well as providing direction to the main project team and maintain control of progress, quality and budget.Responsibilities
Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion
Plan and organise the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks
Contribute with the Account Manager to staff the project
Be responsible for achieving the project objectives
Manage quality, timeliness and cost deliverables
Maintain control over the project’s status and budget
Report project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee
Compliance to the IT Project Management methodology and GxP where applicable
Experience
Extensive experience in Project Management within IT Regulatory Affairs projects
Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience with systems/projects support Dossier Submission execution, planning and Tracking
Good Documentation Validation of GxP systems
Experience within “Software as a Service” systems
Experience of Managing remote teams based in the UK, Europe and US
PMI or Prince certifications are plus
Strong functional background
