We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our client in the Aberdeen area.The ideal candidate needs to come from a downhole electronics background with experience and knowledge selling in to this area. An electronics/mechanical degree/qualification is also essential.
We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate a successful sales track record of leading the sales process from start to finish with a working knowledge of a CRM system.
Our client has clear and set goals for future growth and plans for the chosen candidate to progress to a director role. For this to happen the chosen candidate needs to deliver new sales to the company in line with the business plan, this way the candidate will be a integrated and major part of the sales team.
The clients turnover is in the region of £3.5 million with clear achieveable plans in place to grow to £15m by 2016/7. The infrastructure is in place to support that growth which includes a sales team selling in Aerospace/Defence, CEM and SCADA industry already.
The preferred candidate will be expected to be proactive, work in a small team and be self-motivated.
This position will attract a base salary in the region of £50,000+ with an incentive package based on winning new sales. The package will include car, phone, laptop etc.
