Description
A global provider of simulation software is looking to expand their team by hiring a Northern Europe Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
- Manage 1 sales person based inGermanyinitially, but build the team going forward
- Identify scope and cultivate new business opportunities of software solutions to new and existing clients. This includes theUKand Scandinavia directly;Germanythrough a local sales person
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and be responsible for an annual sales quota / revenue stream.
- Understand customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
- Develop and deliver customer presentations and coordinate software demonstrations.
- Co-ordinate responses to proposal requests from prospective customers, ensuring thorough, accurate and professional responses.
- Foster strong relationships with companies at various levels to aid and enhance service delivery.
- Provide consultative inputs to clients to drive business improvements.
- Negotiate service delivery terms, service levels, and pricing to close contracts.
Requirements:
- Strong background software sales experience either meeting or exceeding quota.
- German speaking; other European languages an advantage
- Sector knowledge and proven track record of selling software solutions and/or services in the Field Service Management and/or to the Enterprise Software market
- A proven track record in a role that involves significant European travel
- Experienced in sales administration and global processes
Package:
- Salary - £80-100k P.A.
- Bonus - Upto 30% (TBC)
- Car Allowance - £5k p.a.
