A global provider of simulation software is looking to expand their team by hiring a Northern Europe Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage 1 sales person based inGermanyinitially, but build the team going forward
  • Identify scope and cultivate new business opportunities of software solutions to new and existing clients. This includes theUKand Scandinavia directly;Germanythrough a local sales person
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and be responsible for an annual sales quota / revenue stream.
  • Understand customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Develop and deliver customer presentations and coordinate software demonstrations.
  • Co-ordinate responses to proposal requests from prospective customers, ensuring thorough, accurate and professional responses.
  • Foster strong relationships with companies at various levels to aid and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide consultative inputs to clients to drive business improvements.
  • Negotiate service delivery terms, service levels, and pricing to close contracts.


Requirements:
  • Strong background software sales experience either meeting or exceeding quota.
  • German speaking; other European languages an advantage
  • Sector knowledge and proven track record of selling software solutions and/or services in the Field Service Management and/or to the Enterprise Software market
  • A proven track record in a role that involves significant European travel
  • Experienced in sales administration and global processes


Package:
  • Salary - £80-100k P.A.
  • Bonus - Upto 30% (TBC)
    • Car Allowance - £5k p.a.
    • Pension
