Job description IMS Lead Designer (Mavenir)
We are recruiting for a IMS Lead Designer with knowledge of VoLTE and voice applications on top of IMS.
Lead the technical team (on technical matters)
- Be on top of all technical topics
- Delegate if needed to other engineers
- Make sure all engineers have all information they need
- Understand the need (technical) of the engineers
Lead the Technical solution and design
- Have a good overview of the solution
- Explain the solution to the rest of the team in great detail
- Document important decisions and communicate them
- Do not make assumptions, always check
- Making mistakes sometimes is ok, but be open
Lead technical discussions with the vendors
- Be in charge of all technical discussions with the vendors
- Understand the relation between vendor and our customer (operator)
Job requirements IMS Lead Designer (Mavenir)
- Perfectly understand English
- Be open and transparent
- Be clear in your communication (don't confuse the colleagues)
- Able to prioritise
- Able to finish work with good quality (with possible clear marked open stuff)
- Able to really understand the question from others before giving an answer
