Experienced Commercial Manager is required for immediate start in the Power Generation sector. The role will be based in the South West of England and will be on an initial 6 to 12 month contract.My client is a leader in major contract work in the Power Generation industry. They have a requirement for a Commercial manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of a multi million pound project. You will have to support operations and set strategies with the objective of minimising risk, maximising opportunities and avoiding disputes.
The purpose of the job is to provide functional support to the Senior Commercial Manager, in ensuring timely and effective contracting and pricing activity to meet the requirements and objectives set out in the business plan.
You will be able to provide highly effective contract negotiation and you will assist in the development and implementation of approved procurement initiatives.
