Senior PPI Business Analysts urgently required by a globally accredited Bank - due to the significant amount projects and scope this will be a long-term rolling contract, paying £/day and a unique opportunity to join a widely recognised and high calibre programme.The Senior PPI Business Analysts will have
A proven track record in banking and/or financial services

PPI exposure and knowledge -
Significant programme/project experience - covering business, operations and technology - Programme/project analyst with planning and project controls experience
- Reactive and fast paced environments
- Operational incident management
- Issue analysis and resolution
- Process and procedural development and change
- Decision support - preparing proposal/options papers
- Regulatory and policy initiatives
- Commercially driven projects
- Direct customer contact campaigns
- Call centre and operational complaints processes
- Customer data and technical infrastructure
- Track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables
- Wide range of proven analytical ability
- Educated to Degree/MBA level to cope with the intellectual demands of the role
and the following would be advantageous:
- Telephony/helpdesk design
- Knowledge of claims management handling and decision making
- Experience of PPI complaints
- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
